pockets of chocolate, chunks of banana, I don’t really know what’s better than that. eat it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it doesn’t really matter
makes 1 loaf
1 3/4 cup flour
2 bananas
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 stick of butter melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350
1. in a large bowl, mash bananas. add in eggs, vanilla and butter. set aside
2. in a separate bowl add flour, baking powder, and salt. whisk together
3. add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredient. mix until just combined
4. add in the most important part....... chocolate
5. place in a 9 by 12 loaf pan
6. bake for 35 to 45 minutes
enjoy with a nice schmear of butta
